Transcription of Grades

The student’s failing grade will remain on the student’s transcript. The recovered grade will be the average of the original final grade with the Odysseyware grade. For example: If a student failed English 10 during the regular school year with 55% and then received an 82% in Odysseyware during summer school, his/her transcript would reflect two English 10 courses: One will be the original course attempted and the other will be the 82% being averaged with the 55% for his cumulative grade point average. The original course grade will be excluded from the GPA calculation. Honors credit will not be given for recovery courses.
